A PKs Four Brothers Farm's fresh take on a Japanese staple: made with their pork bone broth, simmered for many hours with kombu, lemongrass, ginger and scallions. The broth is seasoned with gluten-free soy sauce, and then the farm's braised pork shanks, organic carrots and scallions, and rice noodles are added. This is a gluten-free product but it does contain soy.
