Made with single origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm and fermentary within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, and sprinkled with Peruvian pink salt sourced from Salt of the Earth Co. At 71%, these little bites hit the dark sweet spot: dark enough for those who those who like a higher intensity chocolate, light enough for those who prefer a perfect balance of beans and sugar.
