$100 deposit for picnic rental, due at the time of pickup. Refunded in full when the basket, plates, and cutlery are returned intact. Deposit is partially or fully forfeited if:
- Return is after close of business on the next open day: 50% of deposit withheld
- Items are missing or damaged: charged at replacement cost, up to the full deposit
- Basket is not returned within 5 days of your pickup date: full deposit forfeited and basket considered sold
