Nomad started baking pizzas out of the back of an REO Speedwagon and over the past six years have expanded to own three restaurants in Hopewell, Princeton, and Philadelphia. Their pizza dough is made using four simple, high quality ingredients: water, yeast, flour, and salt, but they like to say they add a fifth ingredient, love. They traveled to Naples to learn to create the perfect Neapolitan pizza, bubbly and crusty around the edge and soft and chewy in the middle. We are excited to bring their pizza dough to you!
