The foundation for our company was laid in 1981 by Lebanese immigrant Habib Issa. Hard work, honesty, dedication to a craft, and an obsession with quality are key principles that were passed down and are considered in every decision on a day to day basis.
In 2016, the Issa family decided to create a classic pita chip of their own in Buffalo, NY.
