Acetaia Guerzoni has been part of the Guerzoni family for three generations, and were one of the first organic certified companies in all of Italy over 25 years ago. They have been applying organic and biodynamic principles on their family farm since the 70‰۪s when organic farming was considered crazy and certification in Italy did not yet exist. A true family operation with deep rooted passion, and beautiful results to show for their efforts.
The Aceto Balsamico Bronze Label is a high density, beautifully balanced balsamico. The result of a very high quality small production, the grapes used to make this vinegar are derived entirely from a selection of the organic and biodynamic vineyards at the Guerzoni estate in the province of Modena. The entire production is done in house, each step has the utmost attention to quality and care. Add this vinegar to elevate any salad, vegetables cooked and raw, and especially compliments all meat dishes.
