Instructions for cooking par baked bagels:
1) Bagels need to be thawed before baking. This is best done in their bags in the refrigerator where they will last up to 5 days.
2) To finish bagels, bake on a sheet pan at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes (depending on oven). Convection oven on parchment paper for best results but not necessary.
3)Bagels should be cooled for at least 30 minutes before serving. 60 minutes preferred and recommended.
